TRAVEL PLANNING

The Ignatian Solidarity Network has created a relationship with Cassis Travel Services (CTS) to assist Teach-In delegations with travel to/from the Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice. CTS is able to provide assistance with group bookings for air and ground transportation.   A designated booking contact will work with any delegation that would like assistance.  Delegations traveling by air could especially benefit through the utilization of group bookings, including CTS’ ability to leverage multiple bookings from particular cities.  Delegation leaders interested in utilizing CTS support should contact Ms. Catherine Poplawski at 310-728-1826 or catherinep@travelcts.com as soon as possible.  Groups seeking the most ideal rates should reach out to CTS no later than Friday, February 15, 2013.

When making travel plans, please keep in mind that Teach-In registration will being at approximately 4pm on 11/16. You will be responsible for booking your Capitol Hill meeting times on 11/18.
