Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice 2013 Keynotes Announced
The Ignatian Solidarity is excited to announce the main stage lineup for the 2013 Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice! This year’s line-up will bring light to this year’s Teach-In theme, “Illuminating the Horizon of Hope” and offer global and local perspectives to faith and justice issues.
Sarita Gupta – Executive Director of Jobs with Justice & American Rights at Work.
Kyle Kramer – Author of A Time to Plant: Life Lessons in Work, Prayer & Dirt
James Martin, S.J. – Author & Editor at Large for America Magazine
Dan Misleh – Executive Director of Catholic Coalition for Climate Change
Peggy O’Neill, S.C. – Director of Centro Arte para la Paz
On the announcement of this year’s keynotes, Christopher Kerr, ISN Executive Director, said, “This year’s keynote speakers represent the tremendous diversity of the Ignatian family and our partners. Attendees will be challenged to examine injustice and work for social change through various lenses.” We welcome Sarita, Kyle, Fr. Martin, Dan, and Sr. O’Neill to the main stage with great anticipation!”
