About Sydney Clark, Iriel Evans, Alyssa Miles, and Kameron Powell
(bio from 2018)
Sydney Clark, Iriel Evans, Alyssa Miles, and Kameron Powell are seniors at Spring Hill College. They have all been leaders on and off campus regarding social justice issues. In April, they attended the Equal Justice Initiative’s Peace and Justice Summit in Montgomery, Alabama, for the opening of the Lynching Memorial and National Memorial of Peace and Justice. Equal Justice Initiative confronts racial injustice, advocates for equality, and creates hope for marginalized communities. At these intersections, they bring a desire to examine the social injustices often ignored in American history and encourage action for justice going forward.
