Dr. King’s American Dream

We will hear a lot in these days of celebration of Dr. King’s magnificent “I have a Dream” speech. It is worth watching or reading again as part of the national tribute. But a lesser-known Dream speech is perhaps more poignant and challenging for us today: his commencement address at Lincoln University in 1961: “The American Dream.”
