Josie Diebold is a graduate of Canisius College in Buffalo, New York, where she studied psychology and religious studies. After graduating, she spent two years as a Jesuit Volunteer in Houston, Texas and then Syracuse, New York. Currently, she is a foster parent for Casa de Esperanza, a foster/adoptive agency in Houston; she and her fellow Jesuit-educated and FJV co-parent have four children. Josie enjoys running, as well as finding new vegetarian recipes to cook.
