Day 23: Bridging Divides
It is easy to point fingers at things that we find uncomfortable—to start shouting “demons”—but, as Jesus points out, that cuts everyone off from communion.

It is easy to point fingers at things that we find uncomfortable—to start shouting “demons”—but, as Jesus points out, that cuts everyone off from communion.
We all have the ability to sit with others and recognize the divine. We can step out of our own discomfort and let our divinity reveal itself.
For ever—through a pandemic, through loneliness, through waiting—I will sing the goodness of the Lord. That is prophetic resilience moving to hope and moving to joy.
