Campus Ministry Associate: Immersion Program Coordinator

The Campus Ministry Team is composed of the Director of Campus Ministry, the Chaplain, and five Campus Ministry Associates. The goal of the team is to support the spiritual mission of AMHS which seeks 1) to provide programs and experiences that foster the spiritual development of the AMHS community 2) to evangelize the AMHS community to live the Gospel values of Jesus 3) to empower students and teachers to embrace lives of prayer, sacramental worship, ministry, service, and justice 4) to communicate the message and mission of Roman Catholic Christianity. Immersion Program Coordinator will: Coordinate and evaluate all domestic and international immersion trips; support Immersion Trip Directors and collaborate with external organizations and partners at host-sites; recruit and train adult leaders for all immersions, coordinate Immersion Information Night for students, parents, and families; facilitate immersion application and selection process; coordinate Solidarity Dinner for all immersion participants; manage accounting and budgeting for all immersion programs.
