Holy Trinity, an historic Roman Catholic parish in Washington, DC, founded and administered by the Jesuits since 1787, seeks an energetic and committed part to full-time finance assistant.
The Finance Assistant will be responsible for maintaining parish accounting and financial reporting and will ensure
that parish financial records are updated, timely, and accurate. Using the archdiocese’s accounting
system, and reporting to the managing director of parish operations, the Finance Assistant will oversee and inform the pastor and the Parish finance council the status of expenditures against budget; reconcile bank statements to accounts; prepared the annual budget and report, and manage accounts receivable
and payable, according to archdiocesan policies. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field and three to five years’ experience in accounting is required. The full job description may be found at https://trinity.org/jobs/.
