House Leader (Manager)

Are you ready for a leadership opportunity like no other?  Do you have a passion for assisting people with disabilities to live their best lives?  Join an international movement working for a just, compassionate, and vibrant community as L’Arche Frederick’s House Leader!  This is a full-time, salaried position to launch the first L’Arche home in Maryland.  The House Leader builds relationships of mutual care and friendship with their housemates while overseeing high quality supports for each person with an intellectual disability.  A good candidate will bring experience working with people with disabilities, an inclusive mindset, commitment to personal growth, and a belief in the gifts and dignity of every person.
