Loyola Chicago Med School DACA Recipient Attending State of the Union

Cesar Montelongo, a medical student at Loyola University Chicago’s Stritch School of Medicine who has temporary protected status under the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, will attend President Trump’s State of the Union Address to Congress tonight at the U.S. Capitol as a guest of Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL).

Solidarity on Tap is a simple gathering at a local pub for socializing and social justice. Jesuit Volunteer Corps, Jesuit Volunteer Corps Northwest, and Ignatian Solidarity Network welcome those connected to the Jesuits and the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola (FJV’s, Jesuit school alumni, Jesuit parish members, etc.) in Baltimore to join us on Tuesday, October 18 from 7 PM PM to 9 PM.
