Day 13: Ti Mamaigo Si Yu’os

During our Lenten journey, we must take a moment to acknowledge our finite condition and trust in God. The life of Christian discipleship is not easy. We can only do so much and we can only control how we react and respond. Instead of praying for the destruction of our enemies or a different ending, let us immerse ourselves in the knowledge of God’s attentiveness and the promise of fulfillment.

2nd Sunday of Lent: The Silenced Voices that God Hears

I don’t believe in a god that demands blind obedience or child sacrifice - either His own or those of the poor. I don’t believe in a god who tests loved ones. I believe instead in the God who always sides with the victims.
