The program is being organized by the International Labor Rights Forum.

Twenty-seven student leaders from Jesuit and other Catholic universities across the country are converging on San Francisco, California, for the Ignatian Solidarity Network’s 2nd annual University Leadership Summit from January 13-15, 2012 at the Mercy Retreat Center in Berlingame. The ISN University Leadership Summit invites emerging leaders for social justice to spend a weekend strengthening their capacity to effect positive social change while deepening their understanding of the relationship between faith and justice emphasized in the spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola.

Loyola University Chicago students & staff were recently featured on the university blog for their involvement in the Ignatian Family Teach-In for Justice.

Students and staff from Archbishop Mitty High School in San Jose, California continue to receive accolades for their legislative advocacy efforts on behalf of the poor and marginalized.

Kim Miller has joined the Ignatian Solidarity Network staff and serves as the Program Director.

In addition to ISN’s executive director transition which is almost complete, our office will also take to the road. After seven great years of being hosted by the University of San Francisco, the Ignatian Solidarity Network office will relocate to John Carroll University in University Heights, Ohio.

ISN is thrilled to announce that Christopher Kerr, Coordinator of Social Justice Initiatives & Immersion Experience Programs at JohnCarroll University has been named ISN’s next Executive Director.
